Upgrading Qatar's Sports Venues
This project involves the comprehensive renovation and maintenance works of various sports club venues across Qatar. The objective is to modernize and upgrade multiple sports venues under a Design and Build contract, ensuring full compliance with QCS 2024, MOI-SSD, QCDD, and other relevant authority requirements. The works will elevate these facilities to international standards, enhancing their safety, functionality, and durability.
- MOI-SSD CCTV system upgrades at all six venues.
- QCDD life safety, fire alarm, and firefighting system upgrades at selected venues.
- Comprehensive waterproofing works at all venues.
- Replacement of the athletic running track at Al Shamal Sports Club.
- Replacement of asphalt pavements and construction of a new storm water drainage network at Al Gharrafa Sports Club.
- Full compliance with QCS 2024, QCDD, MOI-SSD, and ASHGHAL standards.
